4. Terms and Conditions
Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is only considered valid upon receipt of written confirmation.
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in retention of the amount corresponding to 1 (one) night’s stay.
- In case of no-show, the full reservation amount will be retained.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Alternative times are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
Liability
A&S Suites is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings on the premises.
Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In case of dispute, the court of the district of Coimbra has jurisdiction.
